Today we are proud to introduce you to Sarah, another one of our wonderful dispatchers. Sarah and her team are the voice of Caltronics. When you contact Caltronics, they are there to assist you with whatever you need.
Another dispatcher, Roya, shared this description of their role as dispatchers: “As dispatchers, our goal is to assist all customers and employees that reach out to us with the utmost speed, efficiency and customer service. We pride ourselves on being the voice of the company and we take our jobs very seriously, because our job is the foundation of Caltronics. What does “Customer Service” mean to you?
To me, customer service means being the voice for the customer to make sure their needs are taken care of so that they can have confidence in our service. Customer service is the foundation for any great company and so important for good customer loyalty.
What is your favorite part of working for Caltronics?
I love the caring family atmosphere you get from working at Caltronics.
In three words, what sums up the life & work of a dispatcher?
Multi-tasking, hectic and fun.
What are your favorite things to do outside of work?
I love all things sports – watching sports, playing sports, working out, boxing, softball, dancing and spending time with my friends/family.
How do you like to spend your weekends?
I usually spend my weekends watching or playing sports, going out dancing, hanging out with friends, shopping, taking day trips out of town, or doing work on my house.
