This consumption would be shocking enough on its own, but when you take into account that about 45% of a workplaces daily paper consumption ends up in the bin, you end up with a situation of unsustainable wastage, especially for smaller companies.

To save this unnecessary waste, businesses should implement policies regarding the printing of documents within the office, that can be easily implemented and monitored. For example, you can place limits of the type of documents which are printed, use cheaper paper, change the font and style of printing, or go paperless.

All of these options can create considerable cost and time savings. And for your employees, it can save a lot of stress and frustration, allowing them more time to focus on vital tasks.
