“We were in the market for a new copy machine, and Mason Magleby and Matt Blevins from Caltronics happen to stop by one day. I told them our needs, our budget, and what we currently were paying for our machine. They took the information, and within a few days had a proposal for me to take to our board for approval. Although I had researched many other providers, including the one we currently were using, no one could match the deal they gave us. We decided to go with them. I don’t usually enjoy dealing with “sales people”, but Mason and Matt, they were the best!
Let me say that so far, from the delivery and installation and set up, to the trainer, Julie Kohart, that came and trained me on the machine I have been extremely pleased. Their professionalism, the fact they were professionally dressed, and that they were more than knowledgeable of the machine helped me feel confident we had made the right decision in going with Caltronics! Julie’s patience and knowledge and ability to call and get what help we needed right away to make it all work, was surprising and yet very refreshing!
I have been able to successfully make the transition from our old machine to our new Konica/Minolta machine with all transparency.
